I'm curious - I've heard that you should eat breakfast in order to lose weight and I've also heard about intermittent fasting. I personally do not like to eat breakfast. Does anyone have an opinion or personal experience on whether eating breakfast is a good idea for weight loss? TIA
Has anyone tried premium? thoughts? I'm interested in the net carb tracker for weight loss. Seems pricey and not a lot of added advantage, but I'd love to hear from anyone who's tried it. TIA
I started intermittent fasting a couple of weeks ago. I'm eating between 1:00-8:00 daily- calories between 1200-1400. The first week I lost 4.5 lbs. This week I haven't lost anything. I haven't changed anything between the 2 weeks. I have 40-50 lbs to lose and I wouldn't expect to plateau so soon. Any suggestions?

All of your success stories are so inspirational! I'm new to MFP and I've set a goal of losing 50 pounds by my 50th birthday - that gives me 29 weeks. What do you think, is it possible? Is it realistic? Thanks for posting all your success stories it keeps us newbies going!
