What do you do when you reach your desired weight?
So I am there at my goal. I have lost 70 lbs so I am a happy healthier man. Heart attack gave me the motivation if you want to know how I did it. So i have been on the 1200 cals a day and it worked for me. I am still on it and still losing and now i want to stop it. Its slowed down a bit. I dont particularly want to eat…
