Hello all, I'm currently on the 4th week of Insanity and somehow the recovery week lines up with my vacation next week give or take 1 or 2 days. I'll be honest, my vacatin is my vacation, so I won't be working out. But when I get back, should I continue where I left off or count that as my recovery week? I'm leaning more…
A coworker and I both started Insanity about a week ago and we both have the same basic question. We’re on day 5&6 and Shawn T keeps referring to “focus on the core”. What exactly does that mean? Are we suppose to keep the stomach tight/flexed, making sure to breath right, or what? Thanks everyone
