I'm making myself wait to eat my meals and snacks every 2.5 hours (that's as long as I can stand). I feel full and bloated when done eating but the fullness definately isn't lasting. I posted this on Haylies FB page but I will post this here too. Does anyone know if the tomato counts as your fruit or do you still add a piece of fruit if there is a tomato in the "entree" of your meal?? I thought I saw it posted somewhere that the tomato counts as the fruit as well but I can't find where I saw that.
