been on MFP since September of this year, and so far I have lost over 80lbs, I am trying to lose 20 more right now, and the program has recalcuated my new intake per day. over the last month I have not lost any weight, and I retain pretty much everything . any ideas? should I force the program to think I lost another 10…

hmm so I was brought down from 2090 calories to 1960, and for the past several days I have been up several lbs. I havent strayed from the calorie window...whats going on? I have been doing enough exercise to keep out of starvation mode if that helps or anything D:

dropped below 300 the other day! never again!
So at my absolute worst I was a little over 330lbs, and this morning I weighed in at 297!
