changing percentage of fats, carbs, etc
Ok...for along time I kept my goals as far as how many carbs, fats, proteins to eat as set by MFP. I have hit a plateau. I workout everyday. Just wondering if I should tweak my percentages? Any suggestions?

Lean Cuisine
Everyday I pack my lunch for work and it usually consists of turkey brat with peppers and onions which puts my lunch at 8 grams of fat and very little carbs and right around 250 calories with added food.
