I log in all my food for the day and I can't seem to meet my calorie goal. I don't want to go over my fat intake. It seems to be a balancing act. Any suggestions?
I have been having a hard time with meeting my protein need with out going over my calories, fat. Does anyone else have this problem? Would appreciate any input. Thanks, Marisa

Hi everyone, I'm having trouble getting started with my weight loss. I have about 40lbs to lose. I start off good in morning and by noon time I have blown it. I keep pushing it off to the next day and finding my self doing it all over again. Help,Help Help.
I have been at a plateau for weeks and getting tired of this. I exercise 5 - 6 day a week. Purchased a pedometer, I get between 10,000 -12,000 steps.
