Need encouragement!

Hi, I'm not new to my fitness pal. When I was tracking my success in the past I was losing weight. Now I really need to lose (50 lbs.) weight due to an injury that happened in 2011. I feel of an extension ladder and broke my rt. ankle really bad. Just last year I had an ankle replacement. So back to weight loss, losing weight would be very beneficial for my ankle and for my health.
