Constant bloating and gas after meals.
Can anyone help shed some light as to what is going on with my tummy? I have been eating lean and clean for 3 months now. Calorie breakdown? Goal - building muscle and losing fat
Hi. Should I change my calorie breakdown?? I am currently trying to build muscle .. while losing some of the excess fat I have. My MFP calorie breakdown is set at 55%carbs/30%fat/15%protein .. My diet consists of eating clean and lean. Exercise is moderate. I've been reading a lot of bodybuilding/fitness mags .. and I see adds for BCAA. I have no idea what it is. What is it? Do you use it? Do you like it? Who would need or want to use it? Thanks!
