Help me survive a stag do!?!???
So I have a stag do coming up and really really don't want to undo loads of good work but drinking is inevitable...sigh I've already planned to stick to Guinness (relative low calorie, actually some tiny amount of nutrition, only 4.1% alcohol and impossible to drink too quickly) but any other tips?

Calories Burnt - conflicting data with MFP vs RK vs HRmon
