gym workout/ mum tums!
hi guys, ive just joined the gym , have been doing an hour a time ( plan to do more, just getting my fitness up) i can do 25 mins on the x trainer which im proud of cos i used to struggle for 10 mins! do about 20 mins on the bike and 20 mins on the running machine but i power walk, i am struggling to run on a treadmill.…
