general advice on weight loss regime please!!

hi, just lookngi for advice really from someone who knows abit more then i do!
i currently weigh 195lbs (urgh!) ive been given a calorie intake of 1400. i pretty much always stay within my calories.
my breakfast is consisting of a fruit salad, with maybe 1 slice of toast (if im having a bad day) or i mite have 2 boiled eggs with a banana. ive been drinking plent of waterm totally cut down on my fizzy drinks (honestly i was doing 2 litres every other day! now i mite have a can in a blue moon.
my lunch is consisting of pasta chicken salads, or a ham roll. dinner varys.
ive started the gym, currently doing minimum of an hour each time. im not very fit but so far im managing 20 mins on the running machine, at a very fast walk (i am yet to master running on them things) , 15 mins of the bike, 15 mins of the cross trainer, 10 minutes of the rowing machine. that is an hours workout for me. i do an advanced zumba class once a week. im aiming to do the gym 4 times a week. as well as a zumba class.
is this enough to loss weight? or could anyone give me some tips. at the momenbt in the gym im working on getting my times up etc
i just dont want to work my asse off if im doing the right things, and i really dont know wat i should be doing.
help appreciated!

Hi HayHay, welcome on board. I´m far from an expert, but it sounds like you´re doing the rigth things. Eating fine and working out. You will probably see some results soon. But remeber to be patient. )0
