I was part of a group a while back and we did weekly weigh ins for accountability, what do you guys think? It really did help make me feel more focused knowing that there would be people seeing that I was (or wasn't) working hard.
Hi all, I am getting back on the wagon, yet again. I was doing well last time, but got discouraged after not seeing much of a loss, but I am trying again.
