12 weeks to Christmas and I want to lose 11kg! I exercise a lot but also party hard and go out to a lot of dinners and lunches. So I need some extreme good days around my bad days. Looking for friends to help keep me tracking and exercising moderation.
Hi, I am new and want to lose my final 5 kg. I am 44 and have 2 kids, aged 11 and 7. Thought I'd try the CSIRO diet and it sounds very sensible and do-able. My big goal then is to MAINTAIN that weight and not slip into bad habits. Is anyone out there on the CSIRO diet or something similar? I'd love some "friends" to help…
