I've heard that not eating after 6pm or 7pm helps you lose weight because your food is fully digested when you are about to sleep. Is this true? But what if you get hungry like around 9pm? Hello ^^ A friend introduced to me a cleansing diet! For 3 days, you just eat fruits all day or veggies. Basically, become a vegetarian for 3 days. Then for 10 days, you drink this juice. Hello! :) I love Dancing! Especially to Hip-Hop and Popping... Since I can't afford dance classes, I dance at home alone with the TV in front of me. I find it fun! I dance for 3.5 hours!
