Need help and advice, Despite doing three types of activities swimming, yoga and elliptical I have plateaued. I am eating right and working really hard but no weight loss for an entire week. In fact looks like I am gaining weight. What am I doing wrong? It's really demotivating.

I know we get bloated at our time of the month. But what about mid cycle when we ovulate? I feel like the hormonal changes in my body mid cycle are the worse. Is there any truth in that?
