I am. I know I lose a few pounds by the end of the month but my body goes through a lot with lack of water and long days and minimal exercise. I also lose muscle. I would love to see options as to how we can burn more fat and keep our muscle tone during ramadan.

Question: what do you eat to fill up the calories? I am not hungry and I am sick of eating vegetables which barely have any calories. When someone says up your calories - I want to do that with ice cream. :) Can someone suggest some fat burning snacks and options. Thanks

absolutely. I swim 4 days a week in the summers and I see a dramatic difference. To get the most out of your swim 1. Do intervals.Sprint swim one lap and slow down the next. 2. Vary your strokes to make sure you get some variety. 3. instead of adding running - add strength training instead. It will make more of a difference

my 6 year daughter is gluten free as well. We do a lot of fresh fruits and vegetables, lentils, chilli, soups, chicken nuggets made with rice flour, meatballs with gluten free pasta.
