Asked this to my friends as well: How do you guys address a mid-afternoon slump? From 2:00ish to 5:00ish, I am pretty sluggish and feel tired. Taking a break and walking around the block sometimes helps, but sometimes there just isn't enough sun to perk me up (the buildings block it). Any at desk exercises? Or general tips?
