I feel like i eat a good amount of food and I've been working out and eating good for a good while now but i always feel starved!! Even after a full meal, i still feel hungry an hour later. I am working out every day with weights and cardio.... maybe my metabolism is increasing which is making me hungry??? Thoughts?
Why when you enter a weight lifting excercise does it not give you calories burned? What good is it if you dont know how many you are burning? Do any of you have calorie counters that you can wear while you workout? do you think they are accurate?
