Hunger

I feel like i eat a good amount of food and I've been working out and eating good for a good while now but i always feel starved!! Even after a full meal, i still feel hungry an hour later. I am working out every day with weights and cardio.... maybe my metabolism is increasing which is making me hungry???
Thoughts?

    If you're not eating back your cardio exercise, that's the culprit right there.

    Otherwise, make sure you have protein and fiber in your diet, and drink plenty of water.
