86 pounds lost
I have lost 86 pounds since Feb. 10 2012..... by walking 30 minutes a day for 5 months and now running 2 miles every other day. 1200 net calories... and NO soda!! water only!! one cup of coffee every morning NO sugars or sweeten low:smile: I now do a 30 minute workout every other day.......My Goal is 160 18 to go!!
