Does anyone know how slimming world works?I mean how can you eat all the foods you like and not count calories and has anyone tried it?
I have reduced my calorie intake and been exercising a lot but my weight has stayed the same compared to last week when I lost 3 .7 pounds. All junk food and processed food is cut out I don't understand why I haven't lost weight this week.
Help!!! My weight loss is on standard still last week I lost 4 pounds this week I lost nothing its the same calorie intake and diet from last week. Why am I not loosing weight?
I am planning to start insanity I just wanted to know does it really work or is it a waste of time as there are quite a few negative reviews. Also does anyone have before and after pictures of when they did insanity?
Hiya I am starting a gluten free diet where I get rid of any gluten food. Also my diet consist of natural food so fruit, veg nothing processed. Do you think this would be effective?
