Hi all, I'm Dan, in San Diego. I'm 36. Weigh in around 275 (fluctuating around 275-285 for about 2 years or so). My doc told me my triglicerides are high and she'd like to see me down in weight (me too, haha). She recommended MFP to me and I love it.
