I just started running 10 weeks ago. Before then I could not even run for a minute straight. I finished my first 5k on Saturday with a time of 30:14. It was so much fun!!!!
I am trying to tone and just eat healthy I am comfortable with my current weight but would ideally like to be 135 which is 10 pounds less than I weigh now. I am losing just slowly.....Let me know what you think....
