It took me about 8 weeks to really see the difference, but I am at week 10 now and have so much muscle in my legs. I did my first 5k Saturday and it was awesome! Keep it up!!

Thanks! I was so excited! I was really expecting to be much slower. My goal was just to finish, but everyone else there brought out the competative side in me.

Simply salted Natural popcorn is really good. It doesn't leave that weird film in your mouth that some do.

I am on week three and I am right with you! I hit 2 miles right at the 30 minute mark.... I run at 5mph

I love them too! I like to put them on lean burgers it makes the burger not so dry :)

You really don't look like you need to lose an ounce! If toning up your tummy is what you want to do then hit the gym! :) You look great already!
