I recently saw an advert for Eat Water noodles, pasta and rice. Has anyone tried them and would you reccomend ?

help with measurements ?
I don't have a kitchen scale in my house so find it hard to accurately track my food, does anyone know how many grams/or calories are in an average sized handful of cheddar cheese ? I know cheese shouldn't really be eaten when your on a diet but I can't live without it :)
