help with measurements ?

I don't have a kitchen scale in my house so find it hard to accurately track my food, does anyone know how many grams/or calories are in an average sized handful of cheddar cheese ? I know cheese shouldn't really be eaten when your on a diet but I can't live without it

According to several entries in the MFP database a 1-1/4 inch cube of cheddar cheese weighs 30 grams and has 120 calories. Search the database for cheddar cheese and you will find some entries for it.
