I have an hr charge Fitbit. I am lightly active when I am not working out or walking for excercise. On a day that I'm not working out I may get 3,000-7,000 steps. What is a good way of logging calories when going to the Mexican restaurant? I'm thinking the fajitas with no tortillas would be the best choice and only eating half of the meal... but how can I guess the appropriate about of calories to log?

Feet sore after t25
I am having a problem with soreness of my feet after doing T25. I think I'm landing right. ( on my toes) I bought really good supportive shoes (asics) my feet have a very little arch. Anyone have any tips? Should I land differently after jumping? They hurt throughout the workout and afterwards are so sore it really hurts…

Hey y'all! I just got the Fitbit hr charge. When I workout I put it in exercise mode but do I still need to log the workout in my fitness pal like I did with my flex ? Will that be double counting my workout? Thanks!

Hi! I just got a Fitbit flex but I still want to use my Polar Ft60 HRM. I know some people use them both and I am curious as to what workouts they choose the hrm over the fitbit.
