I did some calculations from my weightloss since January. I lost 5 inches on my waist and 2 inches on my hips and other areas, and I only lost 2 lbs. Happy...but also sad
I have been doing the 30 DS for about 8 days, plus counting my calories. I lost about 2 pounds and an inch in my waist, hips, thighs, arms, and chest! Which I am so happy and proud of. I love sweets! but I want to eat only low fat/low calorie sweet snacks. I was thinking of buying a cake pop or mini donut maker. Does anyone have one? I'm watching Diner's, Drive-In's, and Dives again! Every time I watch it I feel like I'm gaining 10 lbs!!! I guess it's better than actually eating the food, LOL... some of the food looks really good and others I feel like I would get a heart attack from eating it! Does anyone else enjoy this show?:happy:
