30 Day Shred

I'm going on vacation for a couple of months to visit family and friends. I decided to buy the Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred when I get there. I am excited I think I can do this! I take a boxercise classe twice a week from MMA fighters, so I think I can handle the challenge.Do I need to buy anything else for it? I heard you need weights, but not until level 2 is that correct? Any info would be helpful thanks!!

Weights are used in level 1 too.0

You need weights for each level, including level 1. If you are working out on a hard surface, JM recommends you get a mat, but you can use a towel!!

You need a set of dumbbell weights for all levels. If your not used to using weights, I suggest like 2 lbs. I've been using 5 lbs, and it still kicks my butt. Good Luck!0
