Help! Lose a stone in 7 weeks
I want to lose a stone in 7 weeks. I have a holiday coming up and I really wouldn't feel comfortable the way i look now. I think I should be able to do it but would help if someone can do weekly weigh-ins and make me accountable. I find it so hard to lose weight and have gained some recently.
