Every time I walk or run, my thighs rub together so much, that I'm forming red bumps where the friction is. What other exercises can I do to prevent this until my thighs get slimmer? Preferably cardio. Thanks in advance!

What's your guy's favorite app to use on your phone that counts how many calories you have burned while working out; I had a good one, but it didn't mention calories burned, so when I reported my exercise, I had to guess how many calories I burned exactly. If it makes any difference, I have a Droid Incredible.
