Hi! I'm 22 and roughly 185lbs. I'm looking to drop down to 150lbs, possibly 140. I focus on cardio right now with a fairly calorie-strict diet and consistent lifting. Looking for honest encouragement, advice and tips, and suggestions for new/fun exercises to keep things spicy!
