So the fitness standard still gives me some difficulties. I think I'm doing alright with my workouts but what seems to get me is how I eat. A PCM at the clinic recommended doing the Shred diet and I was wondering if anyone here has done it and how it went. I started it on Monday. People, let me hear from you.
Just joined this group. Passed my PT test today after failing the time before that. My unit made me make an account on here and use this site. Now, I think it was one of the better things that I had to do. I want to stay in shape and never worry about the PT test again.
