physically active job and trying to lose?
...i work in the OR and whether i circulate or scrub i am on my feet almost 6.5 out 8hour days. I have a body bugg which i wear occasionally to see what im expending. On average im burning 2400... Per day...That's without exercise. The least ive burned on a work day is 2280ish...i burn less during the weekend..2000...…
