Weight fluctuation with 6 day workout not with 5

arrgghhh cant sleep...hate it when i go to bed so early that up when i should be sleeping im up and thinking....
Onwards...I just realize an ongoing pattern....Im one of those people that while trying to take off my 10 or so lbs cant work out more than 5 days in a week because it causes the scale to go up and my clothes to not fit.however when i work out 5 days a week with breaks in between im fine. Has anyone experienced this?
The rational reason is that with a 6 + a day workout my muscles are not recovering thus inflammatory response last longer and thus so does water retention and it last all week long where as taking a break allows for the cycle to be complete and for the body to release the water it retained in the inflammation process....
What do you think?

bump...no one else experiences this? maybe my body is off? I get the concept that when you exercise there's an inflammatory process that causes fluid build up which last a few day...however what I don't get is why I get the swelling when I workout more than 5 days? if I don't get those two days off in I retain major water all week...how do you prevent this?0
