Has anyone experienced stomach discomfort and bloating while low carbing? Any suggestions on how to get rid of this?

Anxiety & Panic disorder forever?
I've yet to met a person who can say" i USE to have aniexty or panic attacks" it has me concerned there's no way out & that i will be dealing with this forever i feel like i just ran head first into a brick wall. so much is going on in my head. i just want things to be normal again urghhhhhh this is me venting i suppose
