Yeouch! Running pain question.
I've been back at running for a month after having neglected it for about six months. This morning I woke up and my ankles and top of feed are so stiff and sore. It was really difficult to run today. What are your ratios?
I'm curious what people are shooting for in % spreads of Protein, Carbohydrate, and Fats. I try to shoot for 40P, 30C, 30F. Anyone else? I'm very curious what the different strains of thought out there are, and how you came to them.
