This year's summer wardrobe is a size smaller than last year's. It's not a massive NSV but it's been hard won and I didn't give up :smile: And that's a big NSV in itself! < pats self on back as can now reach around there :blushing: >
Well I just checked my BMI and a relatively small loss of 9lbs (small for me because I have loads more to spare :smile: ) has already reduced my BMI from 45.5 to 43.9. That's got to be encouraging!
