Is it bad to exercise when your sick (cold/flu) or is it ok? Everyone says rest.... but i just want to gym and get back into my routine after all my bad new year and Christmas eating :( To work out or not to work out? Is it bad or ok?
So I am looking at getting a fit bit. I have a few questions i'm hoping someone may know the answer to! 1. Can you use it with a Samsung Galaxy? Or do you need to use Apple? 2. Where can i get one from Besides the internet? I live in New Zealand. and most importantly... 3. Are they worth having??? Thanks
