Exercieces twice a week and gets results?
All exercise programs, plans that I know ( Turbo, P90X, Insanity, 6w6p...) requires 5 to 6 workouts a week. It's impossible for me ...even if I try I end up with 3 or 2 per week, I feel so disappointed in me and stop doing anything. What is the key for success?
