New favorite breakfast!
My new favorite breakfast is a fruit greek yogurt and 1/2 cup of Kellog's Special K Protein. It is so yummy, crunchy and satisfying! What is your favorite breakfast? (or lunch)

Tailgate options?
Saturday begins our college football season (Let's go RU!) and tailgating is a big part of our experience. Even when the team is away, we have an indoor tailgate of sorts to watch the game. This year, I want to do it right. Please share some healthy tailgate recipes. Thanks! Terri

Help adding exercise to my daily log
Hi! I'm fairly new here. I am trying to add 2 long hours of hard, hole digging-planting trees and shrubs gardening to my exercise diary. I can see gardening but I can't add it. Please tell me what I am doing wrong! That was much too hard work not to count it :-) Thanks! Terri
