Wow! I'm overwhelmed with friend requests! I see a pretty common thread too. It looks like many of us gained while caring for others. I consider that emotional eating for myself. In addition to diet, exercise and tracking, I need to figure out how to stop the emotional eating! Any suggestions?

I also wear a knee brace to shred. I can't do the jumping so when they do that part of the video I do a different cardio move. Just keep moving and it will work. I also love her No More Trouble Zones video!

Ok, I saw circuit training and put in my weight and how long it was (40 minutes). It says 505 calories but I can't seem to actually add it to MY exercise diary. I'm missing a step but I don't know where.

Hannah, Don't worry about other people! Have you considered doing Jillian Michael's 30 day shred? You can get all three levels on youtube. You can do the workout in the privacy of your room.
