Jillian Michaels No More Trouble Zones

I just finished Jillian Michaels, No More Trouble Zones for the first time. OMG great work out! I would like to know if anyone has used this DVD and knows how to track it in the exercise diary?

I have done it - great workout! I would log it as circuit training.
  • Ok, I saw circuit training and put in my weight and how long it was (40 minutes). It says 505 calories but I can't seem to actually add it to MY exercise diary. I'm missing a step but I don't know where.

Before I got my heart rate monitor, I was logging No Trouble Zones it as circuit training and MFP said I burned 707 calories. My heart rate was pretty much at 75-85% the whole time and my HRM said I burned only 375 calories, so just be very careful if you're eating those calories back.

I think the worst exercise on that DVD is the one where you get down on your knees and get up again. I hate that one, but it sure gets my heart rate zooming.
  • Thanks Vevvie, I'd be glad to take 375 calories for it. I'm having a hard time adding it. Please share the sequence to add it to my daily exercise.

Oh yeah, that one is brutal! I'm surprised more people don't do this workout dvd. I really like it and the time goes quickly while doing it. I log it as circuit training and burn about 300 calories.

I haven't done NMTZ yet, but I did compare my previous,"circuit training, general," calories to my HRM when I did 30DS (lv 1 and 2) and it actually wasn't that huge of a difference. It was less than 100 calories. I suppose it is different for everyone. So, in my case the circuit training general wasn't too far off.
