New favorite breakfast!

My new favorite breakfast is a fruit greek yogurt and 1/2 cup of Kellog's Special K Protein. It is so yummy, crunchy and satisfying!

What is your favorite breakfast? (or lunch)

    I have two! Sweet, or savoury.

    Sweet:
    Yonanas-machine-blended banana and raspberry ice cream (YES THAT'S RIGHT, ICE CREAM FOR BREAKFAST) with greek yogurt, and some nuts/seeds sprinkled on top (and, if it's a lifting day, vanilla or chocolate protein powder for added measure :P)

    Savoury:
    Rye or pumpernickel bread spread with pesto, topped with slices of tomato and turkey deli meat...on lifting days, a few egg whites to go with :)
  • Creamy quick oats with honey and banana. I also love whole wheat pancakes with some maple syrup.

    I use plain yogurt and add in fruit, and sprinkle a tablespoon or so of granola on top. Trying to save sugars for an occasional brownie lol!

    Also love veggies sauteed in a little bit of olive oil, scramble in an egg, and roll it up in a flatout.

    They all sound great! What is "flatout"? I see a lot of people posting that they eat it but I'm not sure what it is.
