Am I doing enough?
Hi everyone! I've been on MFP for a week and two days now. I've lost 10 pounds so far! My concern is that, it's just water weight... I work out seven days a week from 30 minutes to 1 and a half hours. I eat healthy things like spring mix and such. From your experience, am I doing enough to lose fat? I run and dance a lot.

Lost!
I just started a week ago and I have lost 6.5 pounds! I'm 18 weighing at 201. I used to weigh 207.5. I run a mile and dance for an hour! I use plastic wrap on my body which makes me sweat even more! I hope everyone is doing well! It would be nice to hear from you all and your success! :)
