Exercise calories
I’m confused over whether I can eat my calories burnt during exercise? I presume if I don’t then I would lose weight quicker?

How does you record your Cals from weights
I’ve started doing weights 2-3 times a week but MFP won’t record this. How does everyone get round this? Should I just enter as walking and use the number of cals burnt that are recorded on my fit bit? Thanks guys x

Should I eat additional calories from that come from exercise?
Hello After typing in my stats MFP suggests that in order for me to lose 1lb a week I should eat 1400 calories. If I do exersize and burn 500 calories, am I ok eating these or should I avoid it to lose weight? confused.... x
