  • I have now completed 3 days and been recording my food on MFP, and today was weigh in and I have lost 2lbs, which for me is amazing. I am having a day off 30DS today, so I went for a walk instead and burnt 370 calories, so very pleased with that. I will report back in a few more days. How is everyone else doing?

  • I managed to do level 1 today for the first time, was ok apart from the jumping jacks, not good when you only gave birth 9 weeks ago. With all the jumping around I can feel all the extra flab bouncing around and my gym kit is so tight, if that isn't motivation I don't know what is. I also managed a walk today too and again…
