I would love to change my settings in my food diary, I have set what I'm counting to carbs fibre cals fats but what I would like to know is how can I say set my goal totals of each group to a certain number... say carbs to 30g ??? I have tried to find the way and can't? Thanks in advance to anyone who can help me :happy:
