  • I eat lots of wings-love them, I make 2 kilos at a time, and I make my own marinade, soya sauce /garlic/ chicken stock powder/coconut oil, I just mix everything together, make sure all the wings are coated, bake in a shallow pan in the oven for about an hour turning every now and then YUM The coconut oil makes them crispy!

  • I see many people who post here use coconut oil in coffee... can you taste it? I imagine the coffee to have a slight coconut flavour?

  • I don't count diet soft drinks, I probably only have one per day sometimes none, nor do I count the salad on a sandwich, spices are so low I don't count them either. I drink black coffee and tea so they are a no count too!
  • Hi there, my 3 children have all grown up and have families of their own now, 2 are within an hours drive and the other is in far north QLD ,I'm in NSW.
